This summarizes your changes:

% cvsdelta

You may specify directories, as well:

% cvsdelta util doc

Executing

This adds and removes the pertinent files:

% cvsdelta --execute

As with the summarizing example, you may also specify directories with executing:

% cvsdelta -e util doc
